Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern all studio sessions and subscription memberships at Bear Punch Studios. By booking a session or subscribing to a membership plan, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.
General Session Terms
Session Booking
All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system at bearpunch.tv. Sessions are subject to studio availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking a session constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Session Cancellation Policy
Because our sessions include a dedicated engineer and reserved studio time, the following policy applies to all general sessions:
Cancellations made 24+ hours before your session: No charge. You may reschedule at no cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session: 100% of the session fee is non-refundable, no exceptions.
Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your session are always welcome.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time regardless of late arrival. No extensions or refunds will be issued for time lost due to late arrival.
Studio Conduct
All clients and their guests are expected to adhere to the following while on Bear Punch Studios premises:
Respectful use of all equipment and studio space. Any damage caused by a client or their guests will result in additional charges.
No smoking or vaping on studio premises.
Guests and talent brought to sessions are the sole responsibility of the booking client.
Bear Punch Studios reserves the right to end a session early without refund in the event of conduct deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these terms.
Equipment, Liability & File Delivery
Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or property caused during their session.
Bear Punch Studios is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal equipment, media, or belongings brought to the studio.
Session files are delivered via Dropbox or to a client-provided hard drive, depending on the arrangement agreed upon at the time of booking.
Dropbox delivery: Files will be archived for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, files may be permanently removed without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to download and back up all files within this window.
Hard drive delivery: When files are transferred to a client-provided hard drive, Bear Punch Studios does not retain a backup of any kind. The client assumes full responsibility for the files upon delivery.
Bear Punch Studios is not liable for any loss of session files after delivery has been completed.
Creator Subscription Terms
Subscription Details
Price: $850/month
Included Sessions: 4 studio sessions per month, each including a dedicated engineer and up to five Blackmagic 6K cameras.
Billing Cycle: Monthly, recurring automatically on the same calendar date you originally subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on June 14th, your next billing date is July 14th.
Session Expiration: Sessions are valid within the active billing month only. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.
Billing & Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your original sign-up date unless cancelled in advance (see Section 9).
You authorize Bear Punch Studios to charge your payment method on file at the start of each new billing cycle.
If a payment fails, you will be notified and given a grace period of 3 business days to update your payment information. Failure to resolve the payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
All charges are in USD.
Scheduling Subscription Sessions
Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system at bearpunch.tv. Sessions are subject to studio availability and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend scheduling your sessions at the start of each billing cycle to ensure preferred time slots. Bear Punch Studios reserves the right to limit peak-hour availability for subscription clients during high-demand periods.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us directly.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
Cancellations submitted after your renewal date has passed will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your remaining sessions for that month.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions remaining in an active billing period at the time of cancellation.
Pausing Your Subscription
Subscription pauses may be available on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Bear Punch Studios. To request a pause, contact us at least 7 days before your renewal date. Pauses are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
Changes to Pricing or Terms
Bear Punch Studios reserves the right to update subscription pricing or these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email at least 30 days in advance of your next renewal date. Continued use of your subscription after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
